Dear Goddesses,

 Do you realize that there is no creature on the planet more powerful than a woman? We bring forth life, nurture our young, motivate our men and perform miracles from the bedroom to the boardroom.

Most often we neglect ourselves putting the needs of everyone else before our own, a condition that most likely we learned from our mother who learned it from hers, and so on... We wonder why we suffer from, infertility, fibroids, endometriosis, diabetes, high blood pressure, and breast cancer. These illnesses and others are physical manifestations of long-term emotional trauma, betrayal, hurt, and pain that has taken the form of dis-ease in our bodies.

It is my greatest desire that you will STOP putting others before you and make the time for self-care practices. Set the intention that you will purge from your life any people, places, or things that no longer serve you, recognize your value, and awaken the God energy that lives in the center of creation (your womb). 

I refer to you as Goddess not from a place of vanity but as a gentle reminder to stay connected to the God in you, and remember that you are as God, like God, powerful, creative, loving, and divine!
